Salut! 
Cette histoire de tour me fait penser à un autre projet, espagnol également, mais une tour à air chaud. Le principe étant de piéger de l'air chaud (chauffée avec des héliostats me semble-t-il) qui lors de sa remontée à l'intérieur de cette cheminée finalement, fait tourner des turbines.
